Before your B.Tech begins, you get a live, hands-on window into what the next four years look like and the kind of work you'll do, the tools you'll use, and the builder you're going to become. You don't master it here. You get your first real taste of it.

Most students spend Year 1 figuring out what they signed up for. You won't.
AI Genesis gives you a window into what your B.Tech actually looks like from the inside before it starts. We'll cover web dev, data thinking, and AI automation across 6 weeks. Not to become an expert. But to arrive at your first semester knowing what's coming, what it feels like to build, and why it matters.
Students who go through AI Genesis walk into Year 1 with context, confidence, and a deployed project on GitHub. Students who skip walk in cold. In a cohort of builders, that gap shows and it compounds.
Four modules. One real output each.
Every module ends with something you built and not something you studied. Sessions are live, not recorded. Show up, build with the cohort, leave with a working thing and a clear sense of what Year 1 is going to demand.
Web Dev - from blank file to live website
You start with a blank file and end with a live portfolio at yourname.github.io styled, interactive, and mobile tested. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GitHub Pages deploy. This is a preview of Year 1's web dev curriculum. You're not mastering it here. You're feeling the shape of it for the first time.
Data Processing - arrays, logic, real problems
A first look at how computers store and process data through a problem you actually want to solve. You'll build an IPL Score Analyzer using arrays and prefix sums. This is the kind of thinking that runs through your entire DSA journey in Years 1 and 2. Here, you get the first glimpse.
AI Agents and Automation - let's make software work for you
A hands on introduction to AI agents explaining what they are, how they work, and why they matter. You'll build an n8n workflow that reads Gmail, summarises emails with AI, and logs them to Google Sheets automatically. In your B.Tech, you'll go deep on all of this in Year 3. Here, you get your first real feel for it.
Final Project - build it, demo it, own it
You pick the idea. You build it end to end in a live session. Then you demo it in 3 minutes, live, no slides, in front of peers and a panel. Awards for most creative, most useful, best AI use, best UI. Your first taste of what capstone projects feel like in Year 4. This goes on your LinkedIn the same day.
